Advisory services for insolvency advisors

We advise insolvency administrators on complex tax issues in the context of insolvency and take over the complete financial accounting and payroll accounting of the insolvent company and prepare data from the financial accounting.

Advisory services for creditors

We support insolvency creditors in enforcing their claims in insolvency proceedings and in settlement negotiations in the context of debtor reorganisations.

For banks, we are available as a contact partner for the assessment of the debtor's ability to be restructured. We also prepare and accompany insolvency plan proceedings and review them.
